I have maintained perfect attendance. The job runs 6 days a week and is very labor intensive. Currently I am peeling casings off of four foot long four pound pepperonis. This requires me to peel approximately 4,000 - 8,000 pepperonis nightly. Other jobs require scaling, packaging, labeling. Have also worked in other departments in the plant requiring the lifting of 100 pounds of sausage product overhead constantly.
