Seeking real investors that have properties to manage.
Seeking an investor to purchase apartment complex for me to live there & manage it to make us both a reasonable return in investment.
I have the time and some money to put into the deal. I have a few properties in mind, and if you know that is better. I have a 24 unit 1 bed apartment, Lp the owner wants 15 to 18K per unit. Can not sell it, it was listed and owner knows that it will not sell at that price point. I was going to see if I could get the owner to agree to owner carry back loan, I would put down 10%. Here is my breakdown on how this works. One it creates a place for me to live, second it creates a JOB for my in real estate.
I have a real estate license, but not enough clients. Here is the breakdown where I could make a living, and the investor makes a reasonable return on investment. All I want is a place to live, and a job.

There is no certain way to do this, but this is a high demand unit for columbus, as there are not enough 1 bedrooms in the city. I hope to hear from someone. If any investor would like to just meet for coffee and just talk about the real estate options that are available that would be great, and I may learn something I do not know.

I would love to find a broker that enjoys open houses, and I would work as a buyers agent. That would work well.
