This was an individualized interdisciplinary program combining counseling, adult education, and organizational behavior [management].
My dissertation measured the impact of adding self-management training to a supervision class I presented to managers and supervisors
at Lincoln General Hospital on group leadership. (see )
My practicum placement was in the training department at the Omaha National Bank.
I wrote 2 paper and pencil management simulation exercises (in-basket tests) for use in their supervisory development program.
