Led team of up to six direct reports responsible for planning and production of multiple communic ations
elements designed to raise funds; communicate ministry messages; engage news media; and respond to
constituent correspondence. Annual gross revenue of up to $3 million generated from donor response to monthly
newsletter mailed to audience of up to 2 00,000 donors, with consistent 2.0 -plus ROI. Reported to the EVP of
Coral Ridge Ministries.
Conceived, planned, supervised, and executed editorial production of Impact, a monthly 8-page newsletter
mailed with cover letter and response device (newsletter l ater went to 4 pages). Produced final art for all
newsletter elements using desktop publishing software, including image selection and layout. Selected up to
10 products for offer in each newsletter package. Oversaw two newsletter redesigns.
Oversaw creation, design, and production of Impact Plus, a special one-page insert mailed with Impact to
