PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

* Grew sales in west from under $700k to about $4000k in just under 3 years for Bose Corporation ESG. Focus Medical Device capital equipment biomaterial/structural test applications. Exceeded goals every year. Gained and grew a number of major accounts such as Edwards, W.L. Gore, Medtronic, Abbott. In addition grew all the hospital and university account to record levels.

* Converted Texas Instruments account from two vendors to a single vendor by showing more economical test solutions and successful introduction and deployment of two new testers. Application was production electrical testing of ASCIs. Result was an increase in sales from $5M/year to $30 M/year in CA. While at Teradyne.

* Initiated and demonstrated concept of combining the data acquisition, PLCs and launch control of Delta II rocket. This led to contracts totaling $60M to date for Wyle.

* Generated unsolicited proposal to replace obsolete sensors at GDSS by using Strategic Selling Miller Heiman skills. This resulted in $7M sole source sales over a three year contract for Kulite.

* Developed sales territory in Southern California for Luscombe, that resulted in increased sales from under $750K to a sustained level over $4000K.

* Won major sole source OEM sensor contract with semicon equipment manufacture by developing strong consultant relationship with customer. Contract was over $5M for Setra.

MANUFACTURE REPRESENTATINE 2010 TO January 2013

KITLAS TECHNOLOGIES LLC

Started Kitlas Technologies December 2010. The focus is supplying Medical Device capital equipment and mechanical test and analysis solutions in the Medical Device and research markets. Received exclusive contract with Instron, manufacturer of dynamic structural test systems. They are the leader in the industry. DSPCon, high speed data acquisition and analysis software. Received a contract with Triton out of the U.K. for exclusive selling rights as well as service. Trion manufactures DMA systems that are use to determine the properties of viscoelastic materials that are fused as biomaterials and other applications. BDC Labs manufacturer of Stent and Heart Valve Systems.

ACCOUNT MANAGER 2004 TO 2010

BOSE CORPORATION ESG GROUP, EDAN PRAIRRIE,MN

Responsible for sales, business strategy, new product concepts for all of the Bose ESG products. ESG products offer test solution for medical devices tissue research and engineered materials. The emphasis is medical device capital equipment and dynamic characterization of materials (DMA). Main applications are in the Cardiovascular, Orthopedic, Tissue Engineering and engineered material disciplines.

ACCOUNT MANAGER 1998-2004

TERADYNE INC., TUCSON AZ, DALLAS TX, IRVINE CA

Responsible for sales and business strategy for all Teradyne`s instrumentation products associated with ASIC Automated Test Equipment (ATE) at Texas Instruments (TI). Additional responsibilities include management of technical and applications team of engineers residing on customer sites, directing sales engineers at other TI sites (Taiwan, Germany, and Japan).
