Managed a Volunteer Protection Program (VPP) star site with responsibilities for 1200 employees. Managed and prioritized departmental engineering projects, 4-S attainment for department, and responsible for OTOS scheduling and BOSS/PICS inventory control systems.

Identified, addressed, and implemented safety, quality, and production improvement projects and countermeasures on a daily basis.

Ensured that all required departmental safety training was attained, maintained and updated all machine and job specific working standards and all line driven objectives were completed.
