* Awarded a network of contracts across Bosnia in support of Psychological Operations that launched the largest media campaign in the history of the operation to reduce civilian casualties to unexploded ordinance.

* Spearheaded the first ever electronic payment system in Bosnia which resulted in reduced hard currency in the country, reduced counterfeit trafficking, discouraged robbery of payees, and disabled tax evasion attempts within the local financial system

* Implemented oral proposal techniques with the local vendors and educated the local businesses on concepts of competition and fairness within the established acquisition processes
