April 2007 – Present Pfizer Tools and Analysis supporting Software and Hardware Asset Management. Replaced existing Excel manual software purchase and inventory system with an MSACCESS, Oracle, ADO, DAO, IIS and SQL Server based tools. System recognized software purchases from Excel file, and did ETL necessary to load into HP Peregrine AssetCenter. Discovered installed software from SMS. Built ETL process in SQL server 2000 using DTS, linked servers, created Oracle views in Oracle. Designed and built over 50 stored procedures along with a new schema. System processes over 30 million records daily from SMS. Electronically audited ITIL CMDB Oracle DB with SMS discovery data. Provided analysis reports for a dashboard. Mentored the Business Objects developer in building and correcting Oracle PL/SQL procedures. Worked in ITIL and CFR 21 controlled pharmaceutical environment. Documented all phase of my work according to Pfizer standards. Produced reusable and repeatable process that removed a risk of liability of over 6 million. Trained others to perform my duties. Nov. 2005 – Dec. 15, 2006 AT&T Replaced existing Excel,and MS ACCESS system with a 27 step procedure. Designed system with Excel front end and MS ACCESS ASP and ADO to a single step web based one. Later ported DBMS to SQL 2005 .Proliant ML 360 which include 60 stored procedures and enforced referential integrity. Exposed problems customer requested database design audit of unrelated system. Produced defects reports demonstrating lack of referential integrity, unwanted upper/lower case sensitivity, invalid denormalization, and lack of primary keys in all entities. Provided ETL support of migration of an ITIL Asset Inventory database in Oracle to a Peregrine EDI database. Provided pivot tables by responsible manager and system admin of asset inventory. Made bulk data insert process more reliable by adding hardware validation of manufacturers and models via Excel data validation using evaluated ranges.

Jan. 2002 – Oct. 2005 4 contracts in Oracle and MS Access. Developed web based retail application for art studio course catalogue and class scheduling. Developed hardware inventory for systems integrator. Developed outsourcing status handler for a collections agency mining facts for outsourced accounts using Oracle 9i, ASP, Access Queries and Reports and html. Architected test hardware and designed & developed CORBA server ISO 9000 / CMM Level 5 testing software for provisioning interface using SQLPLUS, Tcl and Visibroker CORBA client to automate test process. Reviewed requirements, architecture & design. Wrote test plan and coded it for 70 interfaces and over 10K tests. Taught colleagues how to use it. Recommended dba replacement as there were no stored procedures, denormalization for speed, constraints, or plans for acquiring product updates.

Coordinated U.S., Saudi, UK, and Belgium based developers of systems for Operations, Administration and Maintenance of 16 operations support systems.
