Germain Villeneuve joined CB Richard Ellis

in 1999 and became a member of the National Apartment Investment Team

and the Lodging Hospitality Group for CB Richard Ellis responsible for

Quebec and the Maritime provinces. Active in acquisition, disposition,

evaluation and consulting services, he is the multi-residential and hospitality

real estate advisor to Canadian, U.S., European and Asian investors. His

in-depth knowledge of the investment market place in Montreal coupled

his prior industry expertise have made him a leader in this highly specialized

field.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Villeneuve has

been involved in the closing of 3,030 apartment units, with a total value

of over $118 million. In conjunction with David Montressor of the CB Richard

Ellis Toronto office, Mr. Villeneuve is the nation's leading portfolio

disposition specialist within CB Richard Ellis' Multi-Housing Properties

Group.

In 2001 Germain Villeneuve completed the

sale of 123 suite, Chateau Royal Hotel and Suites in Montreal to a U.S.

based investor. He currently provides market information to a number of

Canadian based hospitality lenders.
