Senior Program Analyst, U.S. European Command (USEUCOM), J5/8 Directorate, Capabilities and Assessments Division, Stuttgart, Germany (Jun 2011 to Present): Serve as the Capabilities and Assessments Senior Program Analyst responsible for managing and coordinating the Capabilities Gap Assessment initiative for the J5/8 Directorate. Associated analytical responsibilities include: Building and operating an information management tool for tracking all Command shortfalls, and analyzing plans and operational requirements to develop, strengthen and advocate resolution of specified requirement capability gaps. Conduct analyses, review requirements, identify potential problem areas, and liaise with Service components and other EUCOM directorate staff elements responsible for identified shortfalls in order to develop actionable mitigation strategies. Develop parallel approaches for redefining or further defining previous capability gap studies which expose or highlight significant resource or materiel shortfalls relevant to the resource allocation process for EUCOM. Senior Program Analyst and Acting Division Chief, Acquisition Oversight Division (AOD), Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), Washington, DC (Jun 2009 - Jun 2011): Served as the Acting Division Chief for AOD responsible for executive oversight of the acquisition and program management activities of 28 assigned personnel, and as the Chief for the Oversight and Evaluation Branch (OEB) with designated responsibilities for conducting program reviews with emphasis on cost, schedule, performance, and associated risks. Directly responsible for the development of policy and transition oversight of all JIEDDO-funded initiatives and programs, valued at over $3B.
