As Operations Mgr I would oversee and also assist Maintenance Manager on the day-to-day operations of our members dining facilities. This also included Welcoming and greeting guests to the Hotel. I would help guests into the appropriate suite type. Al so would pertinent information and entering it into the Hotel's database. I described hotel amenities and services to all guests. I made them aware of any and all services. Answering any questions they may have. I answered telephones and made reservations. Also as Guest would check out of the hotel.
