Accountable for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and problem resolution in the support of Conrail`s mainframe data processing infrastructure.

Managed the Year 2000 Infrastructure Software Migration project enabling the corporation to migrate all critical software required to support the business moving into the year 2000.

Coordinated the development of a project plan to migrate all CICS applications to CICS v4.1 and its supporting software creating a guideline to migrate Conrail`s on-line business applications to a vendor supportable level.

Jointly developed the Information System`s Millennium Strategy enabling the corporation to identify the work effort, resources and time needed to migrate all critical software required to support the business moving into the year 2000 and beyond.
