Recommend feasible solutions for enhancing Photo Lab performance and execute plans. Conduct all Front Store plus Pharmacy activities defined by Store Manager. Then the next big promotion becoming a Assistant Manager of Walgreens was a different kind of ball game to learn. I now tackle all departments of the store which include, cosmetics, photo lab, front end, and pharmacy. Some duties include making decisions about store operations. Seek to raise the store's profits by attracting more shoppers, providing better customer service and selling more goods. Training salespeople and monitoring inventory. Settle conflicts such as scheduling errors or customer complaints. Maintain the physical appearance of the store and ensure quality product presentation. Great problem solving skills was a must to learn. Dealing with different personalities and treating them with the best customer service is a absolute must I've learned from everything.
