One that's not out of touch and realizes that I'm working to make money, and not to be there wipping post. every job I've ever had I've excelled at, moved up through the ranks very quickly. im a hard working, good employee.I can get along with other employees and customers, I can handle responsibility,If I'm paid to do a job, I do it in a timely orderly fashion with quality and quantity

in mind. I realize that if employer doesn't keep his customers happy he can't make any money and therefore cannot pay me any money.
