Administrative License

I am recently back in Maine after facing the devistation of Hurricane Sandy on the Jersey Shore. I am in need of an income and have many skills, a chef by trade but have worked also as administrative secretary in the past, I am in a tight spot, without an income and without a car, I do have a valid Maine state drivers license and am currently residing with my adult daughter in OOB.

Please help me to get back on my feet.
