three-mainframe computer facility, monitored internal and external

security and operations. Initiated facility wide risk management

programs. Wrote security accreditation plans and procedures manuals

for IBM, DEC, and UNISYS operational environments. Re-designed

internal computer operations to integrate security of multi-vendor

hardware configurations, integrated IBM, Apple, and PC networks.

investigated and resolved material discrepancies. Conducted facility

electromagnetic emanations risk analysis, identified and implemented
