1997 thru 2007

Radant Technologies Inc. ( fabricate Radomes & reflectors )

Second shift supervisor.

I was responsible for up to 12 employees covering 4 different departments.

Safety-made sure all employees were aware, trained and followed all safety procedures.

Production-accomplish company deadlines for all products by priority.

-train all personnel in the proper performance of their duties.

As the only manager on second shift I was responsible for all employees and facility needs.

From interviews & hiring decisions, performance evaluations, problem solving, documentation

And pass downs to first shift.

2007-2009

Textron Defense Systems (heat shield test parts for the constellation space program)

Fabrication Technician

I was hired under the re-learning of the APOLLO heat shield fabrication for use in the space program.

It had been more than 20 years since this product had been used and most people and some products

Involved were no longer available. Many changes and adaptations had to be implemented.

I helped develop tools and processes to inject the material according to the specific requirements.

I also became the lead gunner recording all data to communicate with engineering.

I interviewed and was involved in hiring and trained all gunners for the program.

I was also instrumental in the movement of product thru all departments and processes.

2009-present

Triton Systems (defense contract for light weight products)

Fabrication technician

At Triton I fabricate prototype light weight products.

I work closely with the engineer to analyze the fabrication process and tooling required.

I work with light weight fiberglass, carbon fiber and aluminum.

I lay up material according to prints and or engineering instructions.

Duties- laminate, vacuum bag, oven cure, operate machines, hand tools for fabrication

And assembly of product.

I am a veteran of Desert Storm with 4 years served in the Navy from 1987 thru 1991.

I am detail oriented and good organizational skills.
