Special assignment during military service:
During the Super Bowl 19 Half Time Show I served as the Executive Support Officer for the 7,000 volunteers. It required transportation logistics due to an accident in route to Palo Alto. Four (4) stages were damaged requiring major reconstruction to be finished in 14 days when the original construction took over 6 months. I coordinated transportation for 300 construction volunteers to Palo Alto to reconstruct the stages. This was the only volunteer show in Super Bowl history.
Executive Support Officer (Busy Scribe)
Provided the administrative services for 350 personnel in a flying squadron. This included transport coordination with overseas deployments on a quarterly basis. Inventory control covered a 2.5 million dollar fuel budget, supplies for flight clothing and administrative needs which stated in the black for 5 consecutive years under my guidance. Served as an official board recorder for two major mishap investigations.
