* Conducted daily welding inspections by various methods to include Visual, Ultrasonic testing, Dry Powder Magnetic Particle examinations, and Visible Dye Penetrant examinations to multiple code requirements (i.e. AWS D1.1, AWS D1.5, AMSE Sect.6 & 8, API 5L, and ISO 9001-2008). in addition to welding inspections, I performed dimensional and material installation inspections to ensure that the product was constructed to the client's approved fabrication drawings.

* Oversaw daily inspections for all pipe being produced and shipped with a team of 9 inspectors. Reviewed reports from all departments to ensure that the product was being produced to the ISO-9000, ASME, and AWS requirements and standards. I also entered and tracked all inspection data for each piece of pipe being produced so that no steps were missed in the process. Attended weekly production meetings and scheduled job inspections through out the department for both day and night shifts.
