Horizon Ridge Professional Park, 2008-Present

Assemblage, entitlement, design, development, financing, and construction of a 95,000

square foot, 16 building professional park in Henderson, Nevada. The project broke

ground February of 2010 and is currently under construction. Phase I is composed of 10

completed buildings and Phase II, which encompasses the balance of the park, will

commence in the summer of 2012.

Vantage at Horizon Ridge, 2007-Present

Acquisition, entitlement, design, leasing, sale, land development, and building of a 52,000

square foot, 6 building, professional business park in Henderson, Nevada. Recognized by

The City of Henderson in January 2009 for the Annual Economic Development Award

Fort Apache Point, 2003-2006

Acquisition, entitlement, design, leasing, sale, land development, and building of a

166,000 square foot, 28 building, professional business park in Clark County, Nevada.

Pecos Commons, 1997-1999

Acquisition, entitlement, design, leasing, sale, land development, and building of a 60,000

square foot, 12 building, professional business park in Henderson, Nevada. Recognized by

the City of Henderson in January 2000 for the Annual Economic Development Award.
