Assemblage, entitlement, design, development, financing, and construction of a 95,000
square foot, 16 building professional park in Henderson, Nevada. The project broke
ground February of 2010 and is currently under construction. Phase I is composed of 10
completed buildings and Phase II, which encompasses the balance of the park, will
commence in the summer of 2012.

Acquisition, entitlement, design, leasing, sale, land development, and building of a 52,000
