Managed the architectural and engineering design team coordination of construction documents for a 108 unit 138,500 sq. ft. 5 story mid-rise podium mixed use apartment and retail development including a 5 story 78,500 sq. ft. precast parking garage. Managed the interface with the General Contractor selected to build the project.

Managed the architectural and engineering design team coordination of design development and construction documents for a 70 unit 107,000 sq. ft. high rise conversion and Historical Restoration of several buildings including an 8 story mixed use apartment & retail project known as the Security Building. Managed the interface with the General Contractor.

July 2011 - June 2012

PROJECT MANAGER, RMS Construction LLC, Stamford, CT

Coordinated the satisfaction of all State & City conditions of approval. Managed the architectural and engineering design team coordination of construction documents. Performed Project Management and Construction Management for site development and building construction of a 144,026 sq. ft. 124 unit 5 story residential mid-rise wood over steel podium apartment complex.

December 2009 - June 2011

PROJECT MANAGER, SOUTHPORT INVESTMENT, LLC, Stamford, CT,

Delamar - Southport, CT Performed Project Management and Construction Management for completion of a 66,400 sq. ft. hotel / office low rise complex, comprised of a 51 unit boutique hotel, a restaurant, and a 16,000 sq. ft. office building, over a 198 car parking garage.

* The scope of work included completion of all phases of hotel construction, including overseeing installation of the FF&E, tenant build-outs, restaurant design team management and construction, and all municipal interactions.

November 2008 - November 2009

PROJECT MANAGER, RMS CONSTRUCTION, LLC, Stamford, CT

Hotel Zero Degree Performed Project Management and Construction Management of an eight-story 54,679 sq. ft. high-rise hotel project in Stamford, CT, previously a YMCA. The project entailed:

* Complete interior demolition to the elevator core of 7 floors

* Erection of 9 story scaffolding.

* Removal of all exterior windows, facade change, installation of new windows and entry systems.

* Installation of EPDM roof, EIFS and hard coat exterior finish system.

* Interior involved construction of a 97 unit hotel, new mechanicals and control systems, separation of the existing utilities, elevator modification. Updated parking garage.

* All work performed with a tenant in place.

* Responsible for all interactions with the municipality.

September 2002 - March 2008

SITE PROJECT MANAGER, FIEBER GROUP, New Canaan, CT, and SPINNAKER REAL ESTATE PARTNERS, Norwalk, CT

* River Oaks Condominium in Stamford, CT.

* Site development of a 59 unit detached, condominium unit project, completing all site work on schedule and under budget.

* Pre-construction activities including estimating, project budget preparation, bidding / analysis, value engineering, negotiation, and contract awards.

* Multiple project management functions including phasing logistics, material planning, budget control tracking, critical path scheduling, and contract compliance.

* Specified and managed the temporary and permanent bridge construction over the Rippowam River as the primary project access.

* Focused efforts on on-time and on-budget completion, productivity, quality control, and cost efficiency.

* Interface with Condominium Owners Association and establishment of the infrastructure for the property management company.
