Responds to emails and correspondence requests for information. Creates and tracks service tickets with established tracking system.
Places orders for equipment, recording, filing and maintaining records. Responsible for taking and maintaining accurate inventory files. Provides customer with quotes on services, responding to emails and correspondences timely and accurately, reviewing prepared documents for grammar, format, and procedure.

Creates correspondences between new and potential customers. Generate customer profiles, maintaining, tracking and updating all existing profiles with established tracking system.
Primary point of contact for scheduling, billing, warranty related issues, service appointment scheduling and cancelation, technician dispatch, record management, maintaining accurate inventory and insuring policies and procedures are documented and followed according to company and supervisor standards.
