Boston is an e-commerce website. For this project I started from the very beginning, from the first meeting to win the client to the day when the site was pushed to production. Since production, I also project manage the seasonal banners for the site. I was responsible for time tracking, content gathering including creating and managing a content matrix, asset collection, and managing QA of design prior to production. This was the first project that I managed from creation to production.
Southwire Mobile Applications

Southwire is the biggest copper producer in the world, and as a marketing strategy, Southiwire initiated the first mobile applications to the market for the electrical industry. For this project I was responsible for five applications. I was brought in 2 months after initiation, and through many challenging obstacles during the 15 months, these five applications were published in both the iTunes and Android Market. I was responsible for taking client feedback and giving them to both design and development, QAing each build prior to sending it to the client, creation of general QA to submit to Southwire's IT before publication to iTunes, as well as emergency tasks to include, creating an Excel document of Southwire's Tappan catalog for their stock numbers, comparison document of Southwire's application and competitor's applications presented to Southwire's company president, and excel documents to explain Southwire's formulas to our developers.

D M decided to re-brand their corporate identity. Implementing the new branding standards formulated by our company, we re-designed their corporate external consumer facing site. We were tasked to created a project plan for a 12 week design and development roll out of the site. I was responsible for coordinating with both design and development to create this project plan. In addition, I was also responsible for creating and managing a content matrix, collection of assets, and account management. In the interim of development, the company decided prior to the build out of the site, they would develop overlays for regional pages. I was responsible for design time management, collecting content for development, and managing design QA.
D M We Connect Internal Intranet site
To push D M's new identity to the employees of the company, D M initiated the design and development of an Intranet site on CMS SharePoint 2010.For this project I was responsible for the time management of an initial one page site, followed by a six week roll out of minor additions to the one pager to include a video platform, third party widgets, and implementing Google search. After the six week roll out plan was completed, we began a 20 week development strategy to build out the entire site in 3 phases. I was responsible for coordinating with design and development to create the project plan, interfacing with the client to gather content, assets, and feedback, and coordinating between design and the client to development to assure the success of development. I managed the project from design to development to production.
Kenwood Cooking Chef Cookbook
Parent company De'Longhi requested to take an existing cookbook published in the UK and convert the metric measurement into US standard as well as the terminology to appeal to the US market. This book was 300 pages. We had two weeks to complete this project. Between one of our junior designers and myself, we completed the entire book and submitted it to their UK publishing company in InDesign files.

I am a group instructor for this gym for kettlebells and TRX. I first started with teaching two classes at the gym and as the programs grew, I now teach 4-6 classes a week. I've assisted with bringing in fresh ideas to evolve the business. I will continue to support the gym and have been asked to expand their social media strategy, and possible implementation of an internal forum for the success of the clients.

United States Air Force Reserves McChord AFB, GA
Emergency Medical Technician
I was an emergency medical technician for the Air Force Reserves. As my last assignment, I drilled with the 446th AMDS, a non-deployable unit whose mission was to maintain the medical readiness of McChord's Air Force reservists. During my service, in my technical training period, I became the second in command airman for 1,000 airman flight, also known as a yellow rope. During my time at McChord, I was the Vice President for the junior level airman. Through serving my country, I learned the importance of integrity, service before self, and to do excellence in all that I accomplish.
