OM/PT Tech II

I am currently OM/PT Tech II and have several other titles. I started my career with HMG in the Ins Dept. and achieved the title of Senior over the John Deer Dept. shortly thereafter where I oversaw three employees. I then moved to the PT dept and worked side by side with the Director. He and I then opened the Duffield Clinic almost 4 years and with me being cross trained in every aspect, we were able to operate the clinic without hiring any employees for over a year. We spent several months marketing to MDs, Hospitals in Lee, Scott and Wise to let them know there was now a PT/Fitness Center close to home. I wear several hats as I am OM, check in/out, referral intake, make all appointments making sure I have RX, Ins. verifications and entered into paper chart and computer. I also work with Work Comp and correspond daily with updated notes. I still travel to the Kingsport clinic to train all new PT techs. In addition to these responsibilities, I still carry a patient case load of around 4 a day. We also have our gym opened to the public and I am responsible for the membership dues/apps.
