Profile and Objective Statement: I have over ten years experience investigating, counseling, and providing overall case management and care to individuals and families who have been in crisis due to various issues. 2011-- Clinical Therapist: Interventions Community Corrections Services, Intensive Residential Treatment Program, Greeley, CO: Conduct mental health evaluations, substance abuse groups, crisis counseling, and individual counseling services to Colorado Department of Corrections males who have co-occurring disorders.
2002-2011, Child Protection Services Ongoing Child Protection Caseworker and Child Protections Investigator: ( Please note that I have summarized my casework experience under one heading due to space constraints) . Investigated reports of child abuse and neglect, researched various databases, conducted -cold- home visits, interviewed children, adults, and collateral parties. Participated in Forensic Interviews, wrote court reports, conducted diligent searches, traveled out of state for54 research purposes, transport children throughout the state and out of state. Member of the crimes against children team and received all high level abuse and neglect cases, (sexual, physical, drugs, alcohol, or fataliies).
Family Integrated Treatment Court Caseworker/Ongoing Caseworker: Coordinated, managed, and ensured delivery of services to ensure forward movement of the case. Served as the lead point of contact for family, treatment providers, law enforcement, collaterals, attorney, Court, and all other persons involved with the case. Responsible for coordinating and managing the direction of the investigation, which included law enforcement, court involvement, and delivery of and employment of therapeutic interventions.
