Established a product bar coding program at company's 15 manufacturing

sites within a required two week window and developed a bar code

manual which facilitated meeting receiving and benchmarking

requirements of national accounts such as Lowes, Furrows, 84 lumber,

etc.

Developed and implemented program which improved customer service and

reduced billing errors from 6% to 2.40west in company history.

This was achieved while the business grew to over $165 million in

annual sales and the number of stock-keeping units quadrupled to over

2400.

Designed and implemented procedures which standardized the management

practices at 15 distribution points nationwide for over 250 people

that resulted in the company achieving its 97 0.000000ill rate goal.

Successfully implemented the acquisition of a former competitor into

the company's system and reduced office labor costs 40%.
