I am a caring Cena looking to work in home care. I am blessed to say i've been blessed to have worked in the Nursing field for over 15 years. I work from my heart... I am here to ensure the ppl young&old receive the love, and respect/privacy and nursing care they deserve. My Duties is to provide my resident/clients with assistants with their everyday needs such as am/pm care, oral/denture care, skin care, reposition every 2 hours or as needed to prevent skin breakdowns if they are unable to reposition their selves, range of motion and ambulatory exercises to maintain or increase their physical status, prepare meals according to their own diet's. Universal precaution is a factor while while providing them the care that is needed. Safety is another factor, using tools such as gait belts to transfer residents/clients to or from w/c to bed or assisting he/she with ambulatory needs to prevent falls... Basically I'm their eyes, I use my eyes for observation for safety and for reporting changes in their behavior or physical status to the Nurse, and Family member/ Gardian, or Doctor as well as document.
