consultative guidance sales process. Worked with representatives and branches that were
below goal to get them performing in line with their role.
Developed a strategy to drive sales by packaging information obtained in the quarterly
FMR fund manager meetings into team meeting material delivered through out the TX market.
In 2008, this resulted in a 12% to goal increased in mutual fund sales while national
decreased 7%.
Developed a campaign with Portfolio Advisory Service (PAS), Fidelity s mutual fund wrap
account, and the TX market manager to reintroduce PAS to clients who previously declined
the service. This campaign provided language and a framework, resulting in TX going from
86% of goal to 101% of goal, an increase of $40 million in two months.
Effectively used consultative sales strategies with representatives and branch managers
to influence their actions without having managerial control over them.

Responsible for PAS sales in 7 branches in CA and managing a team of Investment
Consultants (IC) in the Westlake phone site.
Implemented strategies to drive sales from below national to above national average. For
