My name is Matthew Simonds and I am looking for a independently owned fine dining restaurant to offer my services. I would like a position as a host, greeter, floor manager, and can do sommelier and wine service as I have extensive knowledge and experience as a fine dining server and manager. I am skilled at food and wine sales as I have worked in the Restaurant business in Denver and San Francisco for over 27 years, and have attended over 70 wine seminars in Colorado alone . My upbringing was in Sonoma County, CA and my family owned a winery in Angwin, CA in the 70's and 80's.
I also have built a successful home business building and selling musical instruments and I can bring my marketing and networking skills to help build business for your restaurant.
