I have just moved back to South Carolina after 10 years in the Chicago area. I bring with me a vast background in the retail and corporate security field.

Past Operational Responsibilities have been:
Ensure that payroll for each officer is completed weekly and that hours are accurate.
Audit payroll for accuracy. Take immediate action to correct any discrepancies. Forward corrections to the branch office.
Review all officer reports for accuracy.
Design a work schedule that meets Client's Security needs.
Obtain officer uniforms and ensure they are professionally worn at all times.
Be mindful of uniform conditions and promptly order replacements.
Perform Safety investigations monthly, which included fire control systems, safety hazards and that all emergency response equipment was in proper working order.
Provide security statistical data to Client
Understand the site security system (access control, video, and local alarms) so that alarm response is appropriate.
Reinforce the investigative efforts of Client's Security by either initiating or assisting in investigations.
Supplement officer coverage when necessary to ensure contractual obligation to Client is met.
Submit suggestions for the improvement of Security policies, practices and systems which would ensure the most efficient operation.
Recommend officers for incentive program benefits if applicable.
Complete performance evaluations in a timely manner; ensure officers are given raises when identified milestones are met.
Routinely conduct meetings with entire staff to address performance issues and to disseminate information pertinent to the successful operation of the security department.
