Duties included all ordering, inventory, hiring and training for back of the house. Also

bar-backing, bar tending and customers relations.

Worked for the Pourhouse in Springfield, Oregon then transfered to The Peppermill Lounge in Aloha,

Oregon. Duties included cooking, training, and bar backing

Duties included all inventory, ordering, hiring and training for the back of the house.

Other duties include cutting all the cuts of steak, making various soups as well as working

any station and new menu ideas.

Duties included maintaining kitchen and morale, line cook, prep. I started in Knoxville, Tn then

transfered to Atlanta, Ga in 1998.

Attended two seminars on the subject of supervising employees, obtained certificate. Excellent

skills with a knife, ability to cut various cuts of meat, make a range of soups, as well as proficiency

on any station on the line. Have worked many high volume shifts during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
