Human Resources Manager - Military installation where I supported 280 employees - 60 of whom were union. Investigated and provided written documentation for an OFCCP complaint. Developed a supervisor training presentation for Performance Management, participated in union negotiations of new contract, investigated and provided HR recommendations regarding several terminations and employee complaints. Ran job ads and participated in the interview and selection process. Coached supervisors and managers regarding employee issues and managing employees. Enhanced existing HR processes and forms.
