2009 to 2012 - Mr. Pierce was requested by the U.S. NAVY to return to Active Duty at Sixth Fleet Naples Italy to develop Maritime Domain Awareness watch floor positions and documentation. After successful establishment of those positions he was requested to fill a vital role on the watch floor as a Personnel Recovery Controller coordinating Navy and multi-national Personnel Recovery missions. When he was not coordinating PR missions, he was developing training materials for international travel and military SOPs vastly improving every day operations for the watch floor. JPRA PR 301 Cert.
2008 to 2009 - Mr. Pierce served as staff at the Naval War College as Senior War Game Coordinator. He provided vital war game coordination and planning for Navy War College Staff and War Gaming Departments. He conducted support for joint, interagency and multinational operations. His duties include developing war gaming documentation, scheduling and implementation. He provided expertise and crucial support in the analysis, development and design of the final briefing of the Title X Game to the CNO.
2007 to 2008 - Mr. Pierce completed active duty orders supporting Sixth Fleet Naples Italy. His duties included developing training and resource materials for both current and future operations departments. He was critical in developing the COOP Emergency Action Plan for use by the U.S. Navy and Italian local authorities. He regularly met with department heads to monitor and develop progress reports and briefs.
In His civilian work, Mr. Pierce has been involved in developing the ARES International Program for various civilian clients and the Pentagon. SETA support for THAAD MDA program. His duties include meeting with military and civilian program directors. He prepared briefing materials and attended low
and high level meetings in support of the Pentagon Missile Defense THAAD Program. He continued to develop better ways to communicate and educate international clients in support of weapons platform sales and promotion.
Mr. Pierce developed Navy training documentation and media for IMAT Explore and IMAT Intranet and WEB related training systems. A subject matter expert (SME) developing Electronic Warfare and Antisubmarine Warfare materials at Naval Surface warfare center Carderock. Mr. Pierce was a researcher and target database developer the US Navy. Current and future support of the Interactive Multi-sensor Analysis Trainer. He developed training curriculum for Naval Aviation Warfare School Pensacola FL.His duties included meeting with the clients, evaluating their specific needs and then developing effective training and programs to meet those needs.
Mr. Pierce was responsible for developing, maintaining and promoting field intelligence units in Kosovo and Bosnia 2002-2004 for the US Navy in support of multinational peacekeeping forces. He developed several training programs including much needed IT training support and was responsible for operational tasking for all requested US Navy missions in theater. He became a recognized diplomat by many nations. He coordinated and performed field missions with J-2 HUMINT, C.I.A. and multi-national Special Forces. Mr. Pierce was awarded two Joint Commendation Medals for his successful efforts in support of the U.S. and multi-national peacekeeping forces.
Mr. Pierce has twenty years experience as a video and film producer and director. He has used his talents in developing over 400 training and safety programs for corporate clients and the military.
He is currently a training officer U.S. Naval Reserve for NAVHISTCEN Washington, D.C. and Prior to supporting NAVHISTCEN, Mr. Pierce supported Patrol Squadron Sixty Five Point Mugu California in the training of enlisted
operators of Acoustic Analysis Systems and in-flight operations aboard the P-3 Orion aircraft from 1983 to 2005.
