An accomplished, results-oriented, business development executive with a proven track record of developing, negotiating and implementing substantial new business while broadening and enhancing networks of key client and strategic alliance relationships both domestic and abroad.

Pro Bono Humanitarian Consulting to Haiti in the Aftermath of the Natural Disaster Earthquake of 2010. Facilitated the writing of a $1.5 B Rehabilitation & Reconstruction plan adopted by Haiti.

A 34 Year Rotarian with extraordinary history of Humanitarian and Charitable works outside of Rotary Club interaction. Published major math and science curriculum program in 1988 and donated all royalties to Polio Plus, Spearheaded a "Flight to Fight Aids" program and piloted a 1943-WACO Bi-Plane on a circumnavigation journey to raise funds for "AIDS Awareness Programs.

Negotiated GC/CM contracts with aggregate volume in excess of $1 BB, directing all phases of site selection and acquisition, architectural and engineering design, entitlements, multi faceted project funding or investor alignments, preconstruction to turn-key, multi-family, residential, PUD, condominium, commercial, industrial, educational, military facilities and infrastructure projects both domestic and international, secured venture capital funding from lenders and investors, attained institutional presales necessary for preconstruction starts on projects in excess of $200 MM aggregate volume.

International projects and transactions originated in but, not limited to Haiti, Grande Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, The Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, Belize, Antigua, St. Kitts, Venezuela, and Costa Rica. Export projects are affiliated with import buyers in Poland, Germany and other regions of the EU.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Construction Management Institute of Miami, Inc. 2001 - 2012

As Executive Director of Not-For-Profit entity - Facilitated in major humanitarian and charitable projects for the development and construction of Social Housing, Educational, Medical and Nutritional Facilities. Conceived and created program of Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Haiti, resulting in the implementation of a $1.5 BB program adopted by the Minister of Finance, Haiti in 2011 in the aftermath of the Earthquake of January 2010. Programs focused on Demolition and Debris Removal, recycling aggregate to support construction of Habitat for Humanity homes, implementation of Solar Lighting Programs, formation of Agrarian Farming and Biofuel production, artesian wells and construction of schools and medical facilities.

EXECUTIVE VP & COO: Moore Construction GC/CM, FL 2004 - 2008

Negotiated and executed $200 MM in GC/CM contracts in Florida and $125 MM CM contract for International JV associate. Developed and implemented financial models to acquire capital for soft-cost requirements, secured credit lines for working capital and sufficient reserves to carry major projects and to support "Significant Client" needs. Designed, developed and implemented comprehensive contract review process to mitigate risk and cost exposure.

Wrote corporate strategic 3-5 year business plans, strategic marketing plan and financing plan to guide, monitor and align progress with desired outcomes.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - O'Connor & Taylor, Inc. Construction Managers, FL 1998 - 2004

Negotiated and executed $80 MM in GC contracts and $2.5 MM of Pure CM fees. Responsibilities included business development and full charge authority to negotiate for construction management, general contracting, and concrete restoration and associated contracts for "turn-key" operations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SALES DEVELOPMENT - CPS Construction, FL 1994 - 1998

Executed and managed $10 MM in GC contracts in Concrete Restoration and Concrete Infrastructure Repair. Responsibilities included business development and full charge authority to estimate, bid and negotiate for construction contracting. Projects were mostly high-rise condominium projects throughout FL and the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos. Duties included full P&L management, executive oversight and control. Developed extensive training programs in the concrete industry and became highly involved in trade association management and participation.

PRO-BONO MENTORING & CONSULTING TO CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY FIRMS - FL 1992 - 1994

Attended Nova Southeastern University working on Doctoral Degree and working with Florida Atlantic University in their Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in support of small and emerging construction entities, speaking at Chamber events, writing business and marketing plans with SCORE, IPA, and other consulting firms to provide executive level consultancy for companies in need of assistance. Wrote and implemented workforce development initiatives and secured grants and funding for construction vocational & educational entities and incubators.

OPERATIONS - Associated Grocers of N.E. Manchester, NH 1989 - 1992

Operations & Overview of $220 M Annual Budget. Grocery Cooperative and Distribution firm. Supported operations from site selection - for new grocery stores, existing and expanding retail outlets, and restaurant development - to build-out. Territory: Five States, 280 locations. Additional Responsibilities: workers' compensation investigations, multi state recycling activity, transportation, facilities maintenance, capital equipment buy-lease decision making, set up massive pallet repair business, oversaw environmental issues related to a "super-fund" mitigation project that achieved 100% reimbursement for a major fuel spill reclamation project in Manchester, NH.

PROJECT MANAGER/MARKETING - GCS, Inc. Construction Managers, NH 1983 - 1989

Executive project management responsibility, answering to the owner/developer, for multiple development sites running either concurrently or scheduled consecutively depending on size and scope. Developed scopes for pre-bidding process, solicited bids, negotiated contracts with subs and vendors, created vertically integrated schedules with all subs. Set milestone for completion targets. Formulated all requisitions, managed collections and was responsible for cash-flow stability of each project. Span of control over annual budgets of $25M with core employee base of 30 - 50 employees and an extensive subcontractor and vendor pool or more than 150 entities at any point in time. Project type included Condo Construction, PUD & Apartments, Retail, Restaurants, Big Box and Tenant fit-ups, US Army Reserve Center, Post Offices, and Educational Facilities.
