I was a Team Leader at Ashland Hardware Systems, a Newell Rubbermaid Corporation run facility for over 17 years.My daily duties included the following:

Setting up and assigning personnelto work stations and handling scheduling and all necessary paperworkand data enrty for the shift.

maintaining communications with upper management and supervisors regarding engineering, scheduling, quality control and maintenance of presses.

Responsible for training of new employees assigned to shift and making sure company is in compliance with all OSHA and SEAL requirements.

I was expected to monitor and manage all documentation of job related activities suchas safty and the daily needs of employees on my shift.

My managerial expectations included following all scheduling requests, making decisions for productionrelated problems, maintaining daily expected production hours(OEE), control all scrap for shift and fullfill all overtime requests when needed.
