TUNDRA STRATIGIES May 2012 - Current

* Serves as Program Manger on a NATO Forward Operations Base in Afghanistan.

* Provides daily security briefings and reports to the command of possible threats.

* Responsible for the hiring, termination, training, paying, equipping and running of a 300 guard force.

* Provides internal and external FOB security. The first line of defense to any attack directed towards NATO military forces from outside the perimeter.

* Ultimately responsible for insuring all NATO forces are protected inside FOB perimeter, which includes: Quick Reaction Force to any inside threat, elimination of any inside attack, medical assistance (First Aid) and the Military Commanders appointed ground force commander during any attack until, NATO forces are prepared to react.

STARA TECHNOLOGIES January 2011- March 2012

* Provides U.S. and NATO forces with real time Intelligence by numerous types of Persistent Ground Surveillance Systems (PGSS).

* Operates Aerostat aircraft and payload to provide pictures and video of real time situations, provides suggestions to commanders.

* Certified, instructor and performs live-fire exercises in Close Quarters Marksmanship, Advance Close Quarters Marksmanship, Close Quarter Battle, Sniper Operations, Non-Lethal Weapons and Personal Security Detail (PSD).

* Performed numerous live fire exercises in a 360-degree shoot house with newly trained units and individuals.

* Responsible for training individuals who were unfamiliar with the M9 pistol, taught transition drills from the M-4 carbine to the M9 pistol.

U.S. ARMY

Special Operations Intelligence Sergeant, 7thSpecial Forces Group August 2006 to August 2008

* Served as an Intelligence Sergeant on a Direct Action, Unconventional Warfare Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) with a Special Reconnaissance and Military Freefall capability; advised on all intelligence matters during mission planning and combat operations.

* Developed intelligence nets, and performed agent handling duties.

* Created target packages of wanted individuals.

* Built a database of individuals captured on the battlefield, using biometrics.

* Assisted in questioning of individuals who were captured.

* Responsible for writing operational plans, combat orders, annexes, risk assessments, and implement Force Protection measurements, recruited, trained and managed 6 combat interpreters.

* Efficiently managed over $180,000 a month of operational funds during 8-month combat deployments.

* Responsible for the health, welfare, arming, equipping and paying over 200 indigenous forces monthly.

Special Operations Senior Weapons Sergeant, 7th Special Forces Group February 2000 to July 2006

* Served as principal advisor on all aspects of tactical matters, implemented foreign and domestic weapons training and employment. Planned, and coordinated operations, in support of CINCSOUTH objectives.

* Responsible for the accountability and maintaining capital equipment. Performed duties as Purchasing Agent and Field Ordering Officer during nine deployments in South America.

* Maintained weapon systems from small arms to heavy weapons, foreign and domestic weapon systems.

* Maintenance also included lasers, range finders and optics.
