Reduced operating costs through revenue generators such as pallet and cardboard sales and later with Zero Waste initiatives. Spearheaded risk management initiatives which eventually brought the OSHA to zero and a record rally of days injury-free. First-handedly coordinated all aspects of human resource department functions from hiring to retention to associate development; provided human resource needs of 110 warehouse associates and 70 drivers in the transportation pool. Oversaw 6 associates who successfully handled $25 million in inventory and quality of said product.
