Project Program Specialist Consultant/Trainer working with program coordinators, consultants, program monitors, early care and education practitioners, and trainers. Responsible for maintaining program documentation, scheduling program visits, monitoring, presentations, training, and working with the project staff to evaluate the process to make recommendations for improvement. Performed as a Work Sampling System (WSS) Mentor to facilitate instructional performance assessment system that has been adopted by the division of Child Care and early Childhood Education and the Arkansas Better Chance Program.
