Current Courses Taught at the University of Texas Houston School of Public Health

Theory and Methods I (3 credits): ITV course offered to Houston, El Paso, Dallas, Austin,

San Antonio and Brownsville to introduce individual level theories used in behavioral sciences

and health promotion. This is a core course for behavioral science students using the Health

Behavior and Health Education: Theory, Research and Practice text by Glanz, Rimer, Lewis

(2002) text.
