just retired 5 months ago and now I am ready to go back to work, looking for employment as a maintiance man at a mobile home park or at an apartment complex,

I have experience in all phase's of building maintiance, and landscapeing, looking for around 30 hours per week

as an on site maint. man, hours can vary, days, nights, weekends ect,

I have over 15 years expeerence in this field, over 40years in commercial field,{ building dry cleaners and laundrys,}

I can pass any drug test at any time without notice, have good driver license, class E, safe driver
