Promoted to Assistant Manager of Client Relations after eight months of employment. Upon my promotion with the company, I planned and implemented new policies for all of our staff to follow as well as the new way of performing some aspects of the current policies that were reassessed in order to eliminate the communication issues that we have been dealing with.

As the Manager of Client Relations I was responsible for three employees within my department ensuring that all staff adhered to the company polices and our expectation of good work ethics. I made sure that all of staff were up to date in the current Arizona Statues, Court Polices, and initiated training to our staff in all areas of the company on an a needed basis.

My primary responsibility for the Administrative support position was to create each inmates profile folder and handle all paperwork in regards to the inmates that were housed in the High Custody unit, including transfer paperwork from Hawaii, logging all property that the inmate arrived with before giving the property to the staff member for confiscation of contraband items. I would prepare documents for all of the upper management staff assigned to my unit.
Upon promotion from the Administrative Assistant position to a Corrections Officer, by primary focus was to maintain the security and custody of the inmates within the housing unit that I was assigned to. In order to protect the facility, inmates and fellow staff members, I was responsible for carrying out random cell searches and confiscating any items that were deemed as contraband and give the inmate a disciplinary infraction when applicable.
