When considering an avenue in the medical field I did some job shadowing and found my match in Respiratory Care.
Was hired into Bronson Battle Creek Hospital when I was there as a 1st year respiratory student. They offered me a job on the spot during my clinical rotation. Was hired as a respiratory tech until I graduated and received my licensing as an RRT.

Started with the company as a loan officer and after 1st year achieved the role of Branch Manager. Managed loan officer's in their sales and customer service. Also, managed the proficiency of our underwriters and the customers satisfaction.
Left this career path because I knew I wanted to be in some form of health care.
Prior to that I worked in construction, both residential and commercial from 1992-2002.

Community Service
Play semi-pro football for a non-profit team (Battle Creek Blaze) we raise money for kids with cancer. We also do community service such as habitat for humanity, put on skills and drills for area youths, and support other community functions. We are the only semi-pro football team that is non-profit and plays for a cause above and beyond just winning. We are the true definition of a team both on the field and off.
