Oracle database, Vignette publishing and production management system,

and NetGravity ad management system. The goal of the redesign was to

accommodate the company's business agendas (advertising, e-commerce,

syndication), while providing the premiere entertainment cinematic

experience on the Web. This project was budgeted at $800,000 and had a

team of 15 persons.

of design and product implementation; content and business development
