WORK EXPERIENCE

Prepare, negotiate and review agreements with customers, vendors, and other parties, including non-disclosure, software development, internet, commercial aviation, real estate, licenses, credit, sales and purchase, independent contractor and employment agreements.
Assign a wide-variety of cases (contracts to wrongful death) to outside counsel in numerous jurisdictions, manage and participate in case preparation, and monitor status through resolution.
Participate in aviation cases including coordination and participation in National Transportation Safety Board appearance.
Participate in Environmental, Health and Safety cases including coordination and participation in a corporate-wide settlement agreement with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Direct involvement in all aspects of the Company's reaction to any incident with a potential of public exposure, including any resulting investigation and/or responsive media initiative.
Direct involvement with due diligence required in mergers, acquisitions and related matters.
Managerial oversight of the Import/Export function of the Company.
