LABORATORY MANAGER - Pine Bluff Chemical Demilitarization Facility (PBCDF)
Project management of laboratory operations supporting chemical warfare agent monitoring and environmental emission monitoring regulated by RCRA, TSCA, and CAA permits in support of industrial operations. Managed 111 scientists, technical, quality, IT, and administrative personnel. Provided safe, reliable laboratory services for the safety and health of the workforce and protection of the public and environment, 24 hours per day and 7 day a week. Served as technical representative supporting the CMA, CDC, and Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality Audits.
