Hired as System Support Manager of Information Services in 2001 and was promoted to Associate Director of Information Technology in 2004. Responsible for the Help Desk, faculty computing and served as the primary contact for student computing support. During my time at King College, the student enrollment increased from approximately 620 to about 2800.

* Supervised the Information Technology Department Help Desk operations and provided oversight in managing the campus computer labs

* Provided support to all technology users on the main campus and off-site campuses which included approximately 700 student laptops, 300 faculty and staff computers and lab computers

* Supervised two full-time staff employees

* Interviewed, hired and supervised up to ten student employees

* Maintained current and accurate records, via the SchoolDude ticketing system, related to laptop repairs, service times, and other tasks performed by the Help Desk staff and students
