Objective & Passion

To pursue a full time position as Worship Pastor /Worship architect in an

authentic, relevant, bible centered, missional church. My passion is to see

people experience LIFECHANGE through authentic meaningful worship

experiences; and to teach, mentor and grow up worship leaders (not just

musicians and singers) of all ages. I love to train our worship teams in their

musical craft, but also in the art and Spirit of leading people into the

presence of God.

Areas of Expertise

Musical Direction High level of expertise directing vocal teams, band, orchestra, and choirs. I play

trumpet, acoustic guitar, sing; very familiar with resources & literature. Also have much experience

leading congregational worship in Contemporary, modern, blended, and traditional styles.

Project Coordinator for two major Tech installations at churches. Oversight to design phase and install

of ALL production/tech systems for the church. Coordinated subs and the GContractor, assisted in

the selection of all design teams, approved all gear, oversight to budgets for the remodel ($750K)

and new build construction. ($7 Mil project 2200 seats, 5 catwalks)

Creative presentation creation I have produced/created/directed countless special worship

presentations, & creative worship experiences. In addition, have produced/directed 100+ more

involved events such as pageants, dramatic musicals, concerts, special events, dinner theaters etc

I currently serve as the Interim Worship Pastor at Bear Creek Church. Current worship attendance averages 2800

in 3 morning services. I am responsible for partnering with the Lead Pastor to facilitate the musical and creative

direction for the Worship Ministry.

Responsible for rebuilding the Worship Ministry after a difficult situation in the church; Including

resetting spiritual standards; requirements for participation, auditioning vocal team, rebuild

community and unity in the Worship Ministry.

Give musical direction to the program and creative direction to all aspects of the ministry.

Give leadership and oversight to the Creative Arts team leader, and creative supervision for Lighting,

Creative Media projection, IMAG Video and Audio

Work with the Lead Pastor and creative team for development of weekly worship experiences.

Assist Executive team as needed for strategic development of new worship format/service, including

recruiting personnel and mentoring leaders for that service.

Manage worship resources and staff in creative process and implementation of all worship events.
