Recruited by the CEO to implement a completely new business model. Integrated Federal operations, sales &
marketing and contracting effort for a commercial consulting firm focused on niche capabilities in enterprise
network management, IT Service Management, and ITIL consulting. As part of the founder s vision for re-
inventing this primarily commercial firm (with declining revenues) established multiple federal cost pools,
successfully bid for IDIQ prime contract vehicles, implemented new sales and business development processes,
engaged system integrator partners for strategic opportunities, fine-tuned delivery procedures to enhance customer
satisfaction, and implemented training in federal contracts procedures. Stabilized revenue within the first six
