My name is Luke Petruzelli and I have over 30 yrs. experience as a Excavating and General Contractor in the Lee County area. During those 30yrs. I ran my own Excavating company and have built or renovated hundreds Residential and Commercial buildings. I have moved back to the Ft. Mr. Petruzelli has been working for Casa Associates since October 2011, when he took this temporary position to replace our superintendent who is out due to esophagus cancer. His responsibilities include, managing workers, ordering supplies, meeting with potential tenants, planning build out, negotiating leases, reviewing provider contracts, painting, carpentry, day to day maintenance, tenant relations, and contractor contracts. Luke was very creative with when configuring suites, if it wasn't for him and his former construction knowledge we would have lost a tenant. He has also found ways to cut back on janitorial supplies and will end up having saved us over $1,000.00 this year.

I feel we were very lucky to have found him. We will be happy to have our former superintendent back alive and healthy, but very sad to see Luke go. I know he has made many friends working here and the employees have a lot of respect for him.
