Corporate ISO Rep / Quality Assurance Mgr / Process Excellence

ISO Corporate Quality Rep (3 North America sites), Corp Process Excellence Strategy Manager and Quality Manager of 222 person Spun Bond Manufacturing facility with 8 production line. Managed 15 direct reports. Successful implementation of ISO 9001-2008 during tenure resulted in 83% reduction in number of Customer Complaints and 82% reduction in cost of Quality.

Excellence award received by Corporate in 2011 for BEST QUALITY historically at Waynesboro site as well as for all PGI sites globally. Customer Satisfaction improvement resulted in PGI Waynesboro receiving $75M expansion award for new manufacturing line in order to meet Customer product demands.
